Very nice trainer with the knowledge of the training course being delivered.

It was as if Emily had hit the turbo button for the last chapter, making it almost impossible to keep pace with the last exercise. We appeared to finish 1 1/2 hours early as well?

Jazz was very professional, very friendly, informed us of everything that we needed to know. His knowledge of the subject that we were training on is exceptional as I find all of our Solidworks tutors are.
My personal view on the way that all of these training days are given is as follows;
We have a large screen to look at and the tutors navigate visually and verbally at the the same time to reach the point of the lesson. In order for me to follow the lesson I have to listen and watch the screen at the same time, then do it.....no problem there. The problem comes normally later on in the day when the speed picks up a little.
Most if not all of my colleagues listen, and navigate at the same time without following the large screen, as they understand the menu's and command paths already it would seem.

Speed of delivery wasn't quite right; too slow in the morning on the simpler parts of the course and felt a bit rushed in the afternoon on the more complex parts (when a slightly slower delivery would have been helpful).

The training was good to know the tool. But was a bit basic in the examples. My point of view is that should be more wide and with industry application.

Great training course Jassim Alali was very helpful.

The Laptops were not prepared well for the course.
Feedback Response: Thanks for taking the time to provide this feedback. We have discussed this with the instructor who hosted your event, and we have ran an additional maintenance check on the machines that were used. It would appear that the issues were partially caused by a misalignment of the templates used in the training content and those used by the software as default. This should not have occurred and has been raised to SOLIDWORKS. Since this has been flagged SOLIDWORKS have updated the training content to include a full set of templates. We apologise for any interruption to your event because of this issue. Kind Regards Peter Harkness - Customer Experience Manager

Well presented by a very personable and knowledgeable individual.

Good training, possibly a little slow to start with leaving less time for the later topics. Not necessarily due to the trainer, the group possibly lead conversations on a tangent, discussing non-training topics. Would have been happy for the trainer to direct the conversation back on track if they felt the conversation was not relevant.
