RMGentry Design is a Mechanical Design Engineering Service, based in Hampshire, within easy reach of London and the surrounding area. With over 15 years experience in consumer product design, of all manufacturing scales, we’re able to support product design and development at any stage in the process. The time spent in the industry, working largely with complex electro-mechanical products has given us a broad understanding of the challenges faced in getting a product from concept sketch to mass production (and beyond, introducing product improvements). This has also given us a background and excellent grasp of; industrial design, hardware, software, antenna and reliability requirements.

- 3D Prototype delivery - turning a concept sketch into a 3D printed and assembled product.
- 3D Production CAD & 2D Engineering Drawings, to BS8888, with GD&T where necessary.
- Tolerance analysis to confirm tolerance loops’ effect on fit, form and function, considering manufacturing quantities/processes.
- DFA & DFM proposals on products & parts. Utilising experience in, mechanisms, injection moulding, casting, forging, sheet-metal, CNC, Ceramics, MIM, etc.
