Not only have we achieved a Two Star Accreditation, but we are also in the top 75 companies to work for in the Midlands! These awards are something we are really proud of as they reflect our core values and importance of our employees' wellbeing.

What factors influence the survey?
The tested methodology used by the Best Companies Survey is unique and follows their 8 factors of engagement. Their survey is broken down to show how we perform across these key sectors, meaning that we are able to tackle specific areas for improvement. The 8 factors are based on:

- My Manager - How employees feel about and communicate with their direct manager
- Personal Growth - What employees feel about training and their future prospects
- Wellbeing - How employees feel about stress, the pressure at work, and work-life balance
