Assistant Credit Controller

The Opportunity

A finance career with the UK’s largest SOLIDWORKS CAD vendor. We require a Assistant Credit Controller to be based in our Kenilworth office. We have an established and extensive client-base, plus a strong track record for delivering customer satisfaction.This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the best people in the industry.

Job Description

• Timely and effective collection of debts and customer payments
• Resolving queries around outstanding invoices
• Regular contact with customers by both email and phone
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Assessing credit rating of potential customers
• Liaising internally with sales team members to understand and resolve customer queries
• Posting and allocating daily receipts to accounting system

Your Experience / Skills

• Confident and professional manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Previous experience working in credit control is useful but not essential
• Good knowledge and experience using Microsoft Excel
