Description
This role is for a skilled and experienced Toolmaker in a leading manufacturing company. Candidates will have; managerial experience in a tool room environment and proven skills in the design, manufacture and maintenance of press tooling. This role will be responsible for; managing the toolmakers (direct line management of toolmakers) and the entire tool room department; the design, development, manufacture and maintenance of tooling from design to commissioning and customer approval; delivering solutions using best practice under strict timescales; managing the supply of new tools and improvements/maintenance of existing tools in line with customer expectations and to work closely with sales department on new projects.

Salary: Competitive, dependant on experience, 40 hours per week (Mon – Fri) + Overtime where available.
