Your Experience / Skills
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer who has the ability to work on innovative designs through the entire design process from conception through to manufacture. The role will encompass a high degree of team work and you will work closely with our Sales team to ensure our customers receive the best solution for their needs and closely with our Production Engineers to ensure that new and innovative designs can be manufactured in the most effective means possible. Typically you will be involved in 3D CAD modelling, detailing, DFMEA, stress calculations, test data analysis and monitoring field performance.

Qualification:

Mechanical engineering degree and proven experience in a mechanical design environment.

Experience of 3D CAD is essential, preferably SolidWorks.

Flair to communicate confidently is necessary as you will work closely with clients who value the engineering solutions generated by the business.
